We Accept Visa, MC, Discover, Google Checkout and PayPal. You can also mail a check with a printed order form to the address above.
Most orders are shipped via ground and will arrive within 7 days. Shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of the purchase. You can view shipping costs at check out, prior to entering payment information.
For some orders, items may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. At this time, shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
We ship out of stock items as soon as they become available. You may cancel out of stock orders before they are shipped for a full refund by contacting Customer Care at (866) 234-4147 or customercare@4everactive.com. Please be sure to include your order information.
We accept returns for most purchases within 30 days of receipt if the products are in their original condition and packaging. For sanitary reasons, some items are not returnable. For items that arrive defective or damaged, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping. For all other returns, we refund the price of the goods, exclusive of shipping costs.
